On June 2019, the Development line has hosted a platform discussion #SDGs localization for the youth in Mogadishu. The event’s objective was to raising awareness of the SDGs, creating a network of youths passionate about making change, and promoting creativity in finding solutions.

•In 2018, School children in Mogadishu were among thousands of pupils from around the world who have taken part in the world’s largest lesson learning about sustainable development goals. It was the first for Somali children to take part in the world’s largest lesson on global goals.
